We fought them at first, but cut-outs are here to stay—at least for the season. We’re loving this slick little silk and chiffon dress. The small cut-outs at the waist and the keyhole in the back make us want to wear this out all night! The top collar is sheer black chiffon, so this dress is definitely not for the faint of heart but we say rock it! For day: pair with a black cami underneath and wear a blazer with tights!
